Shadowheart becomes a Dark Justiciar. The Last Light Inn shield shatters, killing Jaheira and the tieflings.
Requires high approval or persuasion. She rejects Shar. Aylin is freed to help against Ketheric. Shadowheart's hair turns white.
Defeat Viconia DeVir. Shadowheart finds her parents suspended in magical torture. Shar gives her an ultimatum.
Her parents turn into moonmotes. Shadowheart is freed from Shar's curse and the wound stops hurting.
Her parents return to camp alive, but Shadowheart must endure Shar's cursed wound forever.
Astarion tries to bite you at night. Allowing him to feed gives him the 'Happy' buff and massive approval.
Kill Yurgir to fulfill Astarion's deal with Raphael. Raphael translates the scars on Astarion's back, revealing Cazador's plan to ascend.
Defeat Cazador. Astarion pulls him from the coffin and holds the ritual dagger, contemplating ascending himself.
7,000 spawn die. Astarion gains massive power (Necrotic damage) but his personality becomes toxic, arrogant, and abusive.
He breaks the cycle of abuse and cries. The 7,000 spawn are released into the Underdark. Astarion remains his true self.
Gale needs you to donate 3 magical artifacts to consume. After the 3rd, he reveals the Netherese Orb in his chest.
Elminster delivers a message: Mystra wants Gale to detonate himself to kill the Absolute.
Secret Ending. The brain dies, but so do you and your party. The tadpoles hatch. Game Over.
You continue into Act 3 to find a better way to extract the Crown of Karsus.
Gale reads the Annals of Karsus and decides he wants to forge the Crown and challenge Mystra for godhood.
In the epilogue, Gale ascends to godhood. He loses his humanity and leaves his friends behind.
Gale gives the crown to Mystra. She cures his orb. He lives a happy mortal life as a professor in Waterdeep.
Vlaakith appears and orders you to enter the Prism and kill the Dream Visitor.
Enter the prism. The visitor reveals the truth. Vlaakith betrays you anyway and the creche attacks.
Lae'zel turns hostile unless you pass a check. The creche attacks immediately.
Kith'rak Voss gives you the Silver Sword of the Astral Plane and asks you to free Prince Orpheus to lead a rebellion against Vlaakith.
You hold the Orphic Hammer. The Emperor demands to consume Orpheus. Lae'zel demands you free him.
Orpheus dies. Lae'zel may permanently leave the party or attack you, dooming the Githyanki rebellion.
The Emperor defects to the Netherbrain. Someone must become a Mind Flayer. Lae'zel joins Orpheus on dragons to free her people.
Mizora ordered Wyll to kill Karlach. You find her wounded by the river.
Karlach permanently dies. Mizora rewards Wyll with the Infernal Robe.
Karlach joins you. Mizora punishes Wyll by giving him devil horns permanently.
Gortash moves Duke Ravengard to the Iron Throne. Mizora offers a new contract: the Duke's location for Wyll's eternal soul.
Wyll's soul belongs to Mizora forever. She helps you locate and save the Duke easily.
Wyll becomes a free human. You can still save the Duke, but Mizora will spawn explosive spiders to try and kill him during the escape.
Bring Infernal Iron to Dammon the smith. The second upgrade allows Karlach to physically touch people again (enabling her romance).
Defeat Enver Gortash, the man who sold Karlach to Zariel. She breaks down emotionally, realizing killing him didn't fix her engine.
The brain is dead. Karlach collapses on the docks as her engine enters final meltdown.
She dies peacefully on the docks, free from Zariel. Tragic ending.
If she volunteered earlier, her brain is destroyed to become a Mind Flayer. The engine stops, but 'Karlach' is technically dead.
You (and/or Wyll) charge into hell with her, lighting cigars and fighting demons together to find a cure. Best ending.
