Completing all personal questlines for your three main lieutenants (Oongka, Yann, and Naira) is mandatory to unlock the "Mercenary's Peace" True Ending. Additionally, finishing their quests grants Kliff powerful passive team buffs and unique combo attacks.
1. Oongka (The Shieldbreaker)
Oongka is the muscle of the Greymanes. His questline revolves around his past in the underground fighting pits of Pailune and clearing his massive debt.
Available: After completing Chapter 2.
Location: Pailune Slums Tavern.

The Fighting Pits
Speak to the Pit Master in the slums. You must fight three rounds in the arena bare-handed to buy Oongka's contract. Use perfect parries to drain the opponents' stamina, then follow up with grapples.

The Syndicate Boss
Instead of paying the debt, confront the Syndicate Boss. Crucial Dialogue: Choose "His debt is paid in blood" to trigger a fight. If you choose to pay the 5,000 gold, you skip the fight but miss out on Oongka's unique weapon drop.
Unlocks the "Colossus Toss" team combo (Kliff throws enemies into Oongka's hammer) and grants the Syndicate Vault Key.
2. Yann (The Sharpshooter)
Yann is the master archer and scout. His storyline is deeply tied to his former life as a royal huntsman in the Kweiden Mountains.
Available: During or after Chapter 3.
Location: Kweiden Border Outpost.

Tracking the White Stag
Yann asks for your help to hunt a mythical beast. Use your Abyss Vision to highlight the golden tracks in the snow. You must use stealth; if you run or alert other animals, the Stag will flee and you must restart from the checkpoint.

The Ambush
When you reach the clearing, Black Bear assassins will ambush you. Protect Yann at all costs. Use the [Phalanx] command to shield him while he picks them off from a distance.
Unlocks the "Rain of Feathers" tactical command (Yann fires a volley of explosive arrows) and the White Stag Antler crafting material.
3. Naira (The Alchemist)
Naira is your support and healer. Her past is shrouded in the dark magic of the Whispering Swamps and her ties to the Reed Devil.
Available: After Chapter 5.
Location: The Whispering Swamps (Hernand South).

Gathering the Ingredients
Naira needs 3 rare ingredients to cure a curse placed upon her:
• Abyss Koi (Fish in Delesyia during a storm)
• Dragon's Blood (Looted from the Chapter 3 boss)
• Midnight Lotus (Found deep in the Swamps, guarded by illusions). -

The Ritual
Defend Naira for 3 minutes while she performs the cleansing ritual. Waves of swamp monsters will attack. Use Fire weapons to break their armor quickly. Do not leave the glowing circle or you will take poison damage.
Unlocks the "Healing Mist" tactical command (creates a massive AoE healing zone) and permanently increases Kliff's poison resistance by 50%.
