Checked on 3 October 2026 against the Elden Ring Wiki (Fextralife) and PowerPyx. The game has more Golden Seeds than the 30 you need: Fextralife lists more than 40 in the base game, and PowerPyx lists 33 counting the starting keepsake. Any 30 max the flask; this list keeps 30 that both guides place. The upgrade costs (1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5 seeds) and the 12 Sacred Tears are the same in both.
