Keeping fed

Build a Cooking Pot and keep the base Feed Box stocked so workers don't starve.
Plant a farm (Berry Plantation, Wheat) with Planting/Watering Pals for a steady supply.
Cook higher-tier meals for buffs to weight, work speed and stats.
Bring food on expeditions — you and your active Pal both need it.
