Fifty-seven achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore on Xbox, and the same 57 on Steam: thirty-one at 10G, fifteen at 20G, eight at 30G and three at 50G. Fourteen follow the Collection Journal, one for each of the seven Horizon Festival Wristbands and one for each of the seven Stamps, from Yellow to Gold. The 50G ones are Horizon Legend (the Gold Wristband), Master Explorer (the Gold Stamp) and The Horizon Cartographer, which asks for the whole map revealed. On 12 October 2026 the rarest on Steam were Maxed Out, 100 levels of Horizon Play, and The Boss, the top promotion in a Job.
Nine Treasure Cars shipped with the game, each in a different region, and the Series 6 update of 5 October 2026 added a tenth in Minamino. Claiming the first unlocks A Fine Addition To My Collection and claiming nine unlocks Treasure Hunter, so the launch set is already enough for both achievements.
Fifteen cars hidden in barns. They do not all show up at once: each new Stamp in the Collection Journal brings the next rumours onto the map, from the Yellow Stamp to the Gold one, which holds the last two. Nine of the fifteen need the Pink Stamp or less and six need Orange, Purple or Gold.
