These are the trophies and achievements of Silent Hill: Downpour. The PlayStation 3 list has 42 trophies: one platinum, three gold, 14 silver and 24 bronze. The Xbox 360 list has the same 41 without the platinum, worth 1,000 Gamerscore. Fifteen are for side quests (one for each of the 14, plus Silent Hill Tour Guide, which one trophy guide says needs only the 13 town quests), five for endings and eight for the story. Most are missable: the side quests and several combat counts close when you take the boat to Overlook Penitentiary.
