AMIIBO REWARDS

Discover the exclusive retro armor sets, legendary weapons, and rare materials you can unlock by scanning your amiibo figures.

How Amiibos Work

You can scan amiibo figures once per real-world day. To use an amiibo, activate the Amiibo rune on your Sheikah Slate, aim the glowing circle on the ground, and tap the figure to your controller's NFC reader (the right joystick on Joy-Cons or the center logo on the Pro Controller).

Most amiibos drop a shower of common materials (meat, fish, herbs) and a treasure chest. The treasure chest has a chance to contain rare, exclusive items.

Save Scumming

Since the chest drops are RNG-based, you can save your game right before scanning. If you don't get the rare item you want, simply load your save and scan the amiibo again!
