Statues Found: 0 / 33
🌙 Demiguise Statues only appear at night — rest at a Floo Flame to change the time, then use Revelio to spot them. Each one you collect lets Nurmengard's locksmith upgrade Alohomora (Levels 1–3), opening tougher locks across the castle and Hogsmeade.
The 33 are not scattered at random, and knowing how saves half the hunt:
- 3 come to you during The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament — one of them in a cutscene.
- 10 across Hogwarts castle.
- 9 in Hogsmeade, most of them inside houses and shops behind an Alohomora lock.
- 11 out in the Highlands — and here is the rule that matters: one per settlement, never one loose in open country.
🔑 So search villages, not fields. Eleven settlements, eleven statues: if you have been through a
hamlet and found nothing, its statue is still in there. And since every statue upgrades Alohomora, and
Alohomora is what opens the Hogsmeade doors hiding another nine, the order pays for itself — castle and quest
first, hamlets next, Hogsmeade last with the lockpicking already levelled.
