No. Update 1.7.99 (20 August 2026, hotfixed 27 August) is about the Creations platform: 15 GB of mod storage on PS5 and Xbox, load-order fixes and Creation Kit changes. Nothing in the game's collectibles, quests or totals moved. The one thing to know is for modded PC setups: the new executable breaks SKSE and version-locked plugins until they are updated, and a modded save may not load on it. Back up your saves before Steam updates the game, or hold the version until your mods catch up.

Game Memory gathers every checklist you have touched, across every guide on the site, into a single page with a bar per game. It is under your profile once you are logged in.
Without an account, yes — the checkmarks live in that browser only. With an account they are stored server-side and come back when you log in again.
