⚠️ Holds the prologue's one permanent loss: craft the correct medicine for Esme (your mother) with hot water and three spoonfuls of herbs — boiling and cold water both kill her — and if you don't complete this quest before time runs out, she will die. The quest also offers to practise Latin with Anca: agreeing starts Page-Turner and costs 2 Time Segments, refusing costs 1 and locks Page-Turner out. Page-Turner follows on from this quest and is the first of Anca's romance quests. The quest itself is mandatory — it is the medicine and the Latin choice that can be lost.

⚠️ Missable, and marked so by name: the Court Activity list has “Cathedral Ritual – complete Side Quest: A Dubious Gift (MISSABLE)”. It is a task from the Deacon to find Radu, the cathedral's caretaker, and once you have learned about the crypt underneath Svartrau Cathedral you can no longer start it — it affects nothing else in the game. The way in is having started A Monk and a Saint and talked to Albertus, and there is a second way to lose it: at maximum Infamy the cathedral is locked for good. Finding out about the crypt includes starting Night Terrors or going into the cathedral's treasury or library on your own.
⚠️ Missable and time-sensitive: a hidden, missable and time-sensitive activity tied to the side questlines of Lacra and Osha. It is not found by exploring — the chain is A Friend Like This, then Song of the Mountain, then A Mother's Plea, then The Heart Wants What It Wants, with the elder handing it over and the activity appearing in the court menu.
"Rescue your family before the time runs out." ⚠️ MISSABLE, and the single most missable requirement in the game: the whole story inside the 30-day limit. It does not stop you playing afterwards — the clock only gates this trophy — but there is no way back to it without an earlier save. The suggested pacing: under 15 days by the end of the open-world build-up, the story itself 7–10 in-game days, ending by day 22.
"Complete the entire game by saving the people of Laslea on Duelist Difficulty preset." ⚠️ MISSABLE — it has to be Duelist from start to finish, which is why the advice is to start there rather than raise the difficulty later. Saving the people of Laslea means one of the four normal endings: leaving the valley and the Home Sweet Home loop do not count.
"Betray your allies to strike a deal with Brencis and get your family back." ⚠️ MISSABLE — ending-dependent, so it needs its own reload of the pre-finale save.
"Defeat Brencis together with Lacra." ⚠️ MISSABLE — needs Lacra's questline finished through Midnight Reckoning before the finale, so it cannot be fixed by reloading the final save alone if the chain was never done.
"Defeat Brencis together with Crake." ⚠️ MISSABLE — same shape as The Patricide: Crake's chain has to be done through Rise at Dawn first.
Sell fish to a fishmonger. ⚠️ MISSABLE, with the most concrete reason on the whole list: the fishmonger no longer spawns once you reach Infamy Level 9. Do it early.
"Unlock an Ultimate Perk in the Swordmastery tree." ⚠️ MISSABLE. All three ultimate-perk trophies carry the marker, and the reason given for the related Mastery trophy is skill points: there are only so many, so the three trees compete for them.
"Unlock an Ultimate Perk in the Witchcraft tree." ⚠️ MISSABLE, for the same skill-point reason as the other two ultimates.
"Unlock an Ultimate Perk in the Vampirism tree." ⚠️ MISSABLE — all three ultimate perks are marked, not just two, so plan the spend across Swordmastery, Witchcraft and Vampirism before committing points.
"Accompany Anca on her daring adventure to the Font of Life." ⚠️ MISSABLE — it needs Anca's questline, which starts with Page-Turner, which only exists if you agreed to practise Latin during Withering Away in the prologue.
"Discard common sense, follow Lacra, and find the mandrake." ⚠️ MISSABLE, and the order is specific: it must be done before her ending-related quest. Refusing to eat the mandrake also locks Lacra's romance out permanently.
"Learn all of Crake's secrets." ⚠️ MISSABLE — it should be done before his ending-related quest, and it sits on A Closer Look, an optional entry near the end of Crake's chain.
"Level up one Swordmastery, Witchcraft, or Vampiric Ability to its full potential." ⚠️ MISSABLE, because it needs sufficient skill points, so spreading points thin across all three trees can leave nothing fully maxed by the end.
"Find out the truth about Vicho." ⚠️ MISSABLE — the two-quest Vicho chain in Svartrau City.
"Help Ocha find her new destiny." ⚠️ MISSABLE — the quest is The Heart Wants What It Wants, chained behind A Friend Like This, Song of the Mountain and the hidden, time-sensitive A Mother's Plea, so it can be lost several steps upstream.
Bronze"Complete every task given by the sanzhani." ⚠️ MISSABLE — five quests of the Sanzhani chain in the Svartrau Outskirts: every one except Letters to Lunka, which is not needed.

Twelve, in walkthrough order: six in the prologue, then two apiece for Ambrus and Bakir, one for Xanthe and one finale. ⚠️ The count is genuinely disputed: PowerPyx has 12 main quests and Game8 23, because Game8 files the Lacra and Crake ally questlines under main quests where PowerPyx files both under side quests, and Game8 files The Bittersweet Toast (Briar Sloughs) and The Ring (Boar's Back) as side quests where PowerPyx has them as the second half of the Ambrus and Bakir chains. The tracker uses the 12. Nothing about the game changed between the two lists, only where each site drew the line, so a tracker of 12 and a walkthrough of 23 can both be right. The prologue is agreed completely: All Good Things, Withering Away, Like Father Like Son, Sacred Covenant, Bad Blood and Smoke and Ashes, in that order. The recommended boss order is Ambrus, then Bakir, then Xanthe, because of their level ranges — level 1+, 20+ and 25+ respectively. The prologue is the one timed stretch: its quests are all timed and missable and disappear after the prologue, and its ten side quests are all missable. After that, everything else stays available permanently. The six prologue main quests are not flagged missable here because they are how you reach the open world — the missable thing inside them is the medicine step in Withering Away, which is flagged.
Eighty entries, with every questline expanded into the individual quests it names, in region order. ⚠️ The total depends on the source and on how you count: PowerPyx states no total and prints the chains collapsed (“Crake Questline (10 quests…)”, “Lacra Questline (6 quests, one optional)”, “Anca Questline (5 quests, one optional)”, “Sanzhani Questline (6 quests)”), which reads as 50 lines; expanding them to the named quests gives the 80 below, and folding the two Crake ending quests and the two finale quests back out gives a lower figure again. Game8's table, which breaks everything out and also counts quests PowerPyx files as main, lists 76 (counted on 3 October 2026). ⚠️ Game8 holds two that PowerPyx's list does not — Into the Den (Laslea Glen) and Of Wolves and Men (Rockfalls) — so a completionist working from PowerPyx alone will not see them. Region labels are PowerPyx's; where Game8 files a quest elsewhere the note says so, and that happens often for the companion chains, which cross regions. The prologue's ten all become unavailable after the prologue, while everything else remains available permanently — with the caveat that some objectives within quests are time-sensitive once started and show a blue clock icon in the journal, but as long as you don't start the quests they can still be triggered at any time. ⚠️ PowerPyx closes the prologue's ten when the prologue ends; Vandal closes them earlier, as soon as Sacred Covenant moves the story on, with too few Time Segments (it counts five) to finish them all — and Vandal's ten list Page-Turner where PowerPyx has the Laslea Glen treasure map. Twelve entries are flagged missable: the ten prologue quests, plus A Dubious Gift and A Mother's Plea, which are marked missable by name. Several chains are not missable themselves but carry a missable trophy that must be earned before that companion's ending quest; each note says which.
Seven — and ⚠️ the count is genuinely disputed: PowerPyx says seven, Fextralife seven, Game8 nine, VGC six and Vandal eight. The tracker follows the seven because Game8 is counting differently rather than describing a different game: it names endings after the quests they happen in, splits routes that reach the same trophy, lists accepting Brencis's parley in A Deal with the Devil separately from the betrayal PowerPyx folds it into, and adds one PowerPyx does not mention at all — defeating Brencis during the prologue in Laslea Glen, which Game8 says awards The Folk Hero and Vandal lists as a separate secret ending. Every route Game8 adds is recorded in the notes below under the ending it corresponds to, so nothing is lost by following the smaller number. Requirements only here: how each one is reached, never what happens in it. ⚠️ PowerPyx and Vandal say one run is enough — keep a manual save before the final quest and reload it after each ending — while Game8's game-length page says “unlocking all the endings requires multiple separate playthroughs, adding an extra 40~60 hours”; the 40–60 hour platinum estimate is built on the save-reload method. Lacra's and Crake's side questlines must be finished BEFORE you fight Brencis, because two routes need them. Three of the seven are not reachable from the pre-finale save at all — leaving the valley, the tower loop and running out of days each need their own, earlier. There is no New Game+ yet — the director says one is coming, with no date — and no free roam after an ending and no mission replay: nothing continues after an ending, and the only way back is a save from before the point of no return — so the manual save is the plan. The game has 54 manual slots plus five rotating quicksaves and six rotating autosaves. No item here is flagged missable, because with that save none of them is; the trophies attached to them are flagged on the Trophies tracker.
One platinum, three gold, five silver and thirty-eight bronze, 47 in all. ⚠️ Game8's trophy page also says 47 but prints a breakdown of 1/3/5/39, which adds up to 48; PowerPyx's 1/3/5/38 is internally consistent and is the one used here. Eighteen trophies are marked MISSABLE, and the eighteen flagged below are exactly the ones carrying that marker, counted rather than assumed. Missable is not the same as lost, though: with frequent manual saves you can do everything via save reload and nothing is truly missable — there are 54 manual slots plus five rotating quicksaves and six rotating autosaves, and the advice is a save every in-game day, after the prologue, around the bosses and before the final quest. Zero online trophies, and minimum playthroughs is one if that final save exists. ⚠️ What “missable” means here comes down to two things. There is no New Game+ mode at launch: the director, Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, has said twice that one is coming — "It's coming. But I won't tell you when" on a PlayStation stream (18 September) and "Yes, we are" in an interview (22 September) — and it is not part of the October patch. Until it arrives, a save is the only route back to a missed quest. And there is no free roam after an ending and no mission replay: no play continues after an ending, and the only way back is a save from before the point of no return. The pre-finale save is the safe plan either way. Estimates are 5/10 difficulty and 40–60 hours. The whole roadmap hangs on one decision made before you press start: Uphill Battle wants the game completed on the Duelist preset from start to finish, so begin there and only drop to Story for the cleanup afterwards. There is no New Game+ yet, no free-roam after the story and no mission replay.
