水蛭猎人
- 首次通关后解锁的小游戏，任何评级都行。从通关存档进入，难度沿用该存档。
- 目标是在培训所找到 100 个水蛭饰品，然后从正门离开。Billy 只能拿 50 个蓝色的，蕾贝卡只能拿 50 个绿色的；饰品不能丢弃，一格物品栏能放十个。
- 按评级的奖励，依据一份攻略：E（1 到 29 个）Sub-Machinegun；D（30 到 59 个）Handgun 弹药无限；C（60 到 89 个）Hunting Gun 弹药无限；B（90 到 99 个）列车上的 Magnum Revolver；A（全部 100 个）所有武器弹药无限。三份攻略对 A 和 B 的奖励说法一致。
- 一份指南补充说，在 HD Remaster 中 A 级还会一次性给出所有较低评级的奖励。
Wesker Mode
- 以任意难度通关战役后解锁。Albert Wesker 取代 Billy；一份指南说剧情、谜题和头目都不变。
- 威斯卡拥有死亡凝视：按住瞄准并蓄力，直到他发出红光。满蓄力击杀五十个敌人可获得 20/20 Vision。一份攻略还列出了用于快速移动的 Shadow Dash。
- 两份奖杯指南都说，通关 Wesker Mode 会解锁威斯卡小队服装，穿上它就能获得「欢迎加入威斯卡小队」。
- 一份奖杯指南警告，Wesker Mode 没有评级，所以在这个模式通关拿不到评级奖励。
Once Again 与服装
- 读取通关存档会带着已获得的武器开始新一轮，也就是攻略里所说的 Once Again（二周目）。
- 换上任意服装即可获得「时尚达人」；奖杯指南通过菜单中的更换选项进入服装。
- 在 Steam 上，付费追加内容是四个服装包和两个 T 恤包。都不附带成就。
