可选内容：飞空艇上找Evan获得最后一只幻兽Bahamut；通过支线任务获得幻兵Charlotte和Ayaka；Lasswell的支线任务The Twin Titleholders。
奖杯：通关本章获得那一天的光芒。游戏中没有任何奖杯会错过。
注意：本章基本是线性流程，而支线任务会让你乘飞空艇跑遍全世界。多准备几种属性：每个首领的弱点都不一样。
1. 龙卷风与Aether
本章从飞空艇上开始。飞空艇商店上了新货。飞往Pharm大陆南侧的巨大龙卷风，本章正式开始。

Aether在龙卷风中等着你，弱冰属性。掉落Wind Scroll II。
- 弱点：冰。
- 准备：冰属性技能。
前往Sian之前，新的支线任务已经开放：Grandport Harbor的The Shield of the Weak，以及Gaberada旅店的The Twin Titleholders。两者都在第7节。
2. Town of Sian
目标：前往Sian镇并在那里收集情报。

Ayaka
Sian的商店现在货品更好了。开场剧情后往北走，与Ayaka对话。马上再和她对话一次即可接到支线任务The Admirable Apprentice，完成后获得幻兵Ayaka（第7节）。

飞空艇上的一段剧情
从这里开始，登上飞空艇会播放一段短剧情。它通往Bahamut（第4节）；可以现在做，也可以留到本章后面。
3. Mt. Reizan：Ignis与Alluvion
目标：前往Mt. Reizan，深入山中，然后追击Alluvion。里面有两个首领接连等着你。

山中
西南方的死路里有一个Tablet Shard，再往里有两个X-Ether；东边下一条死路里有一个Magicite Cryst。主路从一座桥下穿过时，再捡一个Tablet Shard。然后拿走Resonance Stone（它关系到飞空艇雷达），再沿东边的一条秘密小路拿到Analysis Hammer。之后道路直通存档点。

Ignis弱水属性。掉落Flame Scroll II。

首领：Alluvion
继续前进迎战Alluvion，她弱雷属性。掉落Water Scroll II。战后西边有一个Tablet Shard；然后离开。此时你在世界地图上位于Lake Ryusei。

- 准备：雷属性技能。
4. 飞空艇：雷达与Bahamut
回到飞空艇后，在推进Pharm的下一个目标之前，船上还有事要办。

雷达与最后一块Adamantite
把Resonance Stone交给莉德，再次升级雷达。新的物品会显示出来：Mobliz Shipyard西南方不远处水中的Ancient Hammer，Grandshelt的Lost Cave附近的一个Magicite Cryst，Sian西南方稍远处水中的High Caster，以及Zoldaad的Rebel Hideout正南方水中的一个Philosopher's Stone。到这时，交出89个Tablet Shard换取最后一块Adamantite后，所有Adamantite武器都可以制作。商船仍在四处游荡：Grandshelt北边的一艘曾以45,000金币出售Ancient Tome。商船会移动，货品也不固定，所以遇到时有什么就买什么。

Bahamut
和飞空艇舵轮旁的Evan对话，同意去拜访那只幻兽。短剧情后即与Bahamut开战，他经常使用异常状态；击败他后，他会作为幻兽加入。掉落一个Magicite Cryst。Game8称这段剧情要在你拥有其他所有幻兽后才会播放；RPG Site和PowerPyx没有提到这个条件。幻兽追踪器列出了全部九只。
- 准备：异常状态防护。
5. Forest Path与Tellus
主线目标回到了Pharm。

东边的死路里有一个Megalixir，第一个画面的道路拐弯处有一个Tablet Shard。首领前有存档点。

Tellus弱风属性。掉落Earth Scroll II。

- 准备：风属性技能。
战斗及其剧情结束后，回头穿过Forest Path：它的死路里现在有两把Chef's Knife和一个Tablet Shard。之后目标指向Wandering Lands。
6. Wandering Lands与Umbra
目标：前往Wandering Lands，然后深入其中。

Wandering Lands
在第二个画面，东边的第一条死路里有Silver Key，左边的路上有一个Tablet Shard。线性道路走到一半会播放一段剧情；剧情结束后马上再捡一个Tablet Shard。首领前的存档点旁有一个Elixir。

Umbra弱光属性。掉落Demon's Ring。
- 弱点：光。
- 准备：光属性技能，并让一名用Multi-Cover坦伤的角色装备Silver Key。
这场战斗后的剧情会一直推进到本章结尾。最后一个目标把你带往Crystal Tower，第8章就在那里展开。
7. 支线任务、幻兵与奖杯
本章的支线任务遍布整个世界。其中两个以获得幻兵告终。Rain的个人剧情A New Leaf在第8章攻略中。

The Shield of the Weak：Charlotte
在Grandport Harbor的码头与Charlotte对话。然后与Grandshelt Castle里三个带标记的人对话，前往Kolobos Ruins半途的标记处进行事件战斗，再与Cavern of Swords里的人对话，迎战一台Magitek Weapon。最后在Grandshelt与Charlotte对话即可完成。奖励：一个Magicite Cryst和幻兵Charlotte。

The Admirable Apprentice：Ayaka
在Sian找Ayaka接取。依次前往奥尔德里昂联邦（Olderion Federation）Waterfall Way的地脉、Zoldaad火山中的Infernal Hollow（有一只Ashasaur等着与你交战）以及Dirnado的Mt. Thunderclap；然后回Sian看望Ayaka。奖励：一个Magicite Cryst和幻兵Ayaka。幻兵追踪器列出了全部二十六个。

The Twin Titleholders：Lasswell
Lasswell的个人剧情，在Gaberada的旅店接取。与Gaberada东侧的目击者对话，击败奥尔德里昂附近岛上的Adamandelion，与村长对话，然后前往Grandshelt Castle北边的Lost Cave。奖励：Crest of Criticality，以及Lasswell的永久属性加成。
