本章：第 8 章 Beyond Hope，最后一章。唯一的目标是登上 Crystal Tower 顶端。
路线：一切都已开放的世界地图，然后是 Crystal Tower。
首领：与 Dante 的一场事件战、Behemoth（弱光和风），以及不归点之后一个弱暗属性的首领和最终首领（第一形态弱光）。
可选内容：Rain 的支线任务 A New Leaf；Whirlpool Hollow 的 Sephiroth；洞窟之主 Titanoraidos 和 Malboro Menace；Dragon's Maw 地下城；十二武具之间；竞技场的下一个联赛。
奖杯：「梦的终结」，通关本章获得。游戏中没有任何奖杯会错过。
注意：塔内最后一次传送就是不归点。看完制作人员名单后，通关存档会把你放回最终首领之前的世界。
1. 进塔之前
本章开场时你在飞空艇上，整个世界都已开放。Crystal Tower 是前进的方向；早点进去也没问题，可选战斗可以等你变强后再打。

A New Leaf
Rain 的支线剧情，由飞空艇甲板上的 Raegen 发起。PowerPyx 将其列在第 8 章；FF Resonance Wiki 和 Game8 将其列在第 7 章。 与 Grandshelt 国王交谈，然后前往 Mitra，再找到 Waterfall Way 尽头的花，回到甲板上的 Raegen 身边。奖励：Knight's Medallion，以及 Rain 的一项永久属性加成。

最后一次雷达升级
商船不断出现，带来稀有货物：50,000 金币的 Magicite Cryst、40,000 的 Ancient Cloak，以及 60,000 的 High-Power Generator。把发电机交给莉德完成最后一次雷达升级，雷达会显示：Mysidia 东南方外海的一个 Magicite Cryst、Crystal Tower 正北方的 Dark Rosary、Pharm 西南方的 Evil Eye，以及 Grandshelt 沙漠北边的 Mastery Pendant。

这些都不是完成剧情所必需的，而且通关后依然都在。顺序随意。

Sephiroth
Sephiroth 在第 5 章起开放的 Whirlpool Hollow 等待；击败他可获得他的幻兵。他的 Masamune in Waiting 增益生效时，你若攻击他就会遭到反击。他在 One Winged Angel 之前会进入无敌状态，在把全队打到 1 HP 之前也会再次无敌；之后你有几个回合，然后他会施放 Meteor。提前准备好 Reraise 即可应对。用 Mechamog 扫描他，能让他出现一个可利用的弱点。幻兵追踪器收录了全部二十六个。

Titanoraidos 和 Malboro Menace
- Titanoraidos：等级 60，弱冰属性，位于 Pharm 的专属洞窟中。HP 极高，Disaster 会让队员陷入 Doom。
- Malboro Menace：等级 60，弱火属性，位于 Pharm 的专属洞窟中。它以 Bad Breath 开场；恢复之后要让它持续处于失衡状态。
两者都是洞窟之主；洞窟之主追踪器收录了全部十五个。

Dragon's Maw
Pharm 南端的一个可选地下城，随机战斗无法逃跑。首领是 Intangir（弱光、土和暗；在它睡着时攻击它，它会施放 Meteor）和一台 Rogue Magitek Weapon（弱水和雷）。宝箱里有 Excalibur、Masamune 和 Sniper's Eye 等物品，尽头通往有 Megalixir 的小岛。那座岛就是金属巨型仙人掌出现的地方：击败一只可获得奖杯「价值千金」，这里也是游戏中练级和精通幻兵的最佳地点。

十二武具之间与竞技场
在十二武具之间，每件“Ancient”物品都会开启一场试炼：一个分两阶段的 50 级敌人，击败后物品会变成十二武具之一；之后还有 75 级的再战，可获得强化版。最后一件 Ancient 物品 Ancient Katana 在 Crystal Tower 中。十二武具追踪器列出了每件 Ancient 物品的位置。在 Grandshelt，竞技场的 Gladiator League 已开放；最后一战可能以 Last Breath 攻击收尾，所以要准备好 Reraise。
3. Crystal Tower 与 Behemoth
目标：登上塔顶。作为最终地下城它相当线性，岔路里藏着一些游戏中最好的装备。

下层
前段有两块 Tablet Shard、Pilebunker、两把 Chef's Knife，北侧坡道下方有 Apocalypse。一个 Pearly Pot 要一瓶 Elixir 而不是战斗。一个传送门通往与 Dante 的事件战，他只是普通敌人。到了楼梯处，左边的通往 Laevateinn 和一瓶 Megalixir；右边楼梯顶端有条隐藏小路继续向上，通往另一个 Pearly Pot，同样要一瓶 Elixir。Ancient Katana 在存档点附近。从西侧离开会触发一段过场。

首领：Behemoth
Behemoth 弱光和风属性，但在盟友的支援攻击命中之前你无法伤害它；等支援攻击到来，再出手。在此期间你仍可削减它的失衡槽，这样屏障一消失它就会立刻陷入晕眩。KeenGamer 称这场战斗为 Dark Bahamut；RPG Site、FF Resonance Wiki 和 Game8 称其为 Behemoth。
- 弱点：光和风。
- 携带：光和风属性技能，以及等待支援攻击的耐心。
4. 隐形桥
过了 Behemoth，道路经由平台之间的隐形桥延伸，另有可选岔路。

岔路
- Book of Eibon：从第三个平台往东。
- Tablet Shard：在下一个桥梁岔口往西；这是 99 块中的最后一块。
- Hastur Long Barrel：沿路往东。
- Dragon Whisker：在下一座桥旁。RPG Site 的路线是先北、再西、再南；FF Resonance Wiki 的路线是向西 17 格、向南 3 格、再向东 6 格。

最后的存档点
在主线路上的一段过场之后，从东侧离开会触发另一段。最后的存档点附近有 Faerie Bow 和一个 Magicite Cryst。
5. 不归点与最终首领
最后一次传送就是不归点；游戏会在传送前询问你是否准备好了。先存档、回复，把还想做的事做完。出发前给 Rain 装上带暗属性技能的幻兵：Cecil、Sephiroth 或 Victoria，或首次觉醒后的 Shantotto。最终首领之后，Rain 会独自再次面对传送点之后的那个首领，而他自己没有暗属性技能；必须获胜才能继续。

第一个首领
传送点之后立刻就是一个弱暗属性的首领。它会召唤一个同伴；先把那个打倒。
- 弱点：暗。
- 携带：暗属性技能。

最终首领
沿螺旋路线向上，经过最后一个存档点，来到最终首领面前。它的第一形态弱光属性。先用风属性打倒它的左手，因为左手能让右手复活，然后用土属性打右手，最后才打头部。它的第二形态有多个可选为目标的部位；出手前先确认每个部位的弱点。仅在这场战斗中，每位英雄都拥有 Last Resonance，这是一个强力技能，最好留着收掉残血敌人，或在角色快要倒下时使用。
- 弱点：光（第一形态）。
- 携带：光属性技能，以及一名治疗者。
6. 通关之后与奖杯
通关并不意味着游戏结束。

通关存档与究极武器
看完制作人员名单后可以读取通关存档，它会把你放回最终首领之前的世界，所有可选内容都还在。重新读取时，飞空艇上的一段短过场会提到地图东南部的 Ardra Crater 出现了新的气息：究极武器，即通关后的战斗，对应奖杯「我乃究极……」。

第 8 章的奖杯
通关本章（也就是通关剧情）可获得「梦的终结」。本章的可选内容关系到「价值千金」（一只金属巨型仙人掌）和「天之武具」相关奖杯。游戏中没有任何奖杯会错过；奖杯追踪器有完整列表。
