顺序安排
1 · 容易或正常，收集全部收集品
细心游玩，在这一个周目内拿齐全部 18 枚古钱币、所有文件、全部 20 个无所不在先生的雕像和所有录像带，因为一份攻略说钱币、文件和录像带不能继承。一次性奖杯遇到就拿（见下方列表）。正常难度通关还会得到 The Secrets of Defense。结局任选。
2 · 速通
四小时内通关拿“快让我离开这里”，同一周目里打开物品箱不超过三次（“资源管理者”），并且最多使用三个急救药（“散步消耗它”）。Steroids 不算急救药。容易难度即可。选另一个结局。按时通关会为下一周目解锁 Circular Saw。
3 · 疯人院
带着 Circular Saw 和两件防御道具玩疯人院，并收集疯人院的全部 33 枚古钱币拿“疯狂的鹈鹕”。通关得到“现在谁才是你亲爹？”和 Infinite Ammo。
只有一次机会的奖杯
- 贝克夫人，不用你管！：在地下室见到米娅后，趁玛格丽特在老房子游荡时把她赶走。到达老房子时存档。
- 砍、砍、大力的砍！：用刀子清掉一扇门上的虫子，同样在老房子。
- 想活命的话就给我滚：在 Morgue 的 Processing Area 蹲下躲过杰克的剪刀冲刺。
- 苍蝇拍：在温室战中把玛格丽特从空中击落。先存档，以防太早打死她。
- 这是辣丸子：遥控炸弹要到后期在失事船只上才出现。
- 抓不到我和提前离席：“米娅”和“生日快乐”录像带都能重玩，所以这两个没看上去那么危险。
有多少可错过
奖杯攻略的算法不同。PowerPyx 说 31 个可错过，即除剧情奖杯外全部，因为机会总可能被你错过。PSNProfiles 只标出三个：贝克夫人，不用你管！、想活命的话就给我滚和苍蝇拍，因为它们只能在一场战斗或一段流程里完成。它们对做法意见一致：保留手动存档。评分也不同：PowerPyx 给 4/10、20 到 30 小时，PSNProfiles 给 5/10、约 25 小时。
DLC 奖杯
- 在 PlayStation 上，DLC 奖杯分在四个独立的包里：Banned Footage Vol. 1（5）、Banned Footage Vol. 2（8）、佐伊的结局（6）和不是英雄（2）。Biosplattered 一个都不需要。
- 在 Xbox 和 Steam 上，21 个 DLC 成就与本体在同一列表里，占 Xbox 上 1,620 Gamerscore 中的 620。
- 据一个统计站，其中最稀有的是“沼泽之王”、“不要让他苦等”和“最好的生日”，在其追踪的 PS4 玩家中各自不到 3% 取得。

The three-run order comes from PowerPyx and PSNProfiles. The 31 missable trophies, 4 out of 10 and 20 to 30 hours are PowerPyx's; the three missables, 5 out of 10 and 25 hours are PSNProfiles'. Coins, files and tapes not carrying over comes from PowerPyx alone. The DLC pack sizes come from PSNProfiles and the Exophase list; the Gamerscore from Exophase and TrueAchievements; the rarest DLC trophies from Exophase's rarity figures alone. Not from a playthrough: nobody here has played it.
