在船屋打败变异杰克后，他会再次起来，你用一剂血清了结他。还剩一剂，米娅和佐伊都需要。你选的人会和你一起乘船离开。攻略把两个结局都归结于这一个决定。想一个周目拿两个结局，就在选择前手动存档。

两个都拿
- 顺序随意。一份奖杯攻略说两个选择对玩法影响都不大。
- 两个结局里你都会在失事船只上操作米娅，所以录像带段落和相关奖杯都一样。
- 一份奖杯攻略建议在速通周目拿另一个结局，这样疯人院周目可以救米娅，省掉船上的额外战斗。
- 如果保留了选择前的手动存档，看完字幕后读取它，就能从那里玩到另一个结局。
- 一份攻略说两个结局都以字幕中贝克一家的照片收尾，黑屏后还有手机震动声。
