本作的谜题机制
每个谜题的线索都在游戏中某处的笔记或物品里，很多需要穿过镜子才能找到。想自己解的话先读游戏里的线索；答案在下面。这些答案来自一份攻略。

Cross-checked on 24 October 2026 against the puzzles, walkthrough and plot pages of Silent Hill Memories and the puzzle pages of Fandom's Silent Hill wiki (read through its API), with IGN's PSP review (13 November 2007) for the anatomy doll and pill doll puzzles being in the game. The answers come from one guide, Silent Hill Memories: Fandom gives the same answers, often in the same words, so it is not counted as a second source for them. Not from a playthrough: nobody here has played it.
