奖章机制
通关后，游戏会从多个方面评价你这一周目，比如收集的道具或赤手空拳杀死的敌人，每达成一项就获得一个奖章。每个奖章都会为 Travis 解锁一套服装，其中五个还会给一件道具。保存片尾字幕后游戏提示的存档，从它开始下一局：服装和道具都在那里等你。Codebreaker 奖章是例外：输入秘籍的那一刻就会颁发。以下条件来自一份攻略。

难拿奖章的技巧（来自一份攻略）
- Fireman：记熟房子里的路线，免得迷路或撞上火墙。
- Brawler：踩踏倒地的敌人算作拳头击杀。用拳头打 Nurse 之类的弱小怪物，避开难缠的。
- Weaponsmith：Moon Gauntlets 永不损坏，打击力极强。
- Sharpshooter：射击花不了多少子弹的弱小怪物，没子弹时无视其他怪物，并利用 Tesla Rifle 的无限弹药。
- Cartographer：照着打印出来的地图走，不用游戏里的地图。
- Explorer：通常会和 Collector 一起拿到，因为找齐 300 件道具意味着要跑很多路。
- Sprinter：只拿关键道具。UFO 结局会让游戏在汽车旅馆提前结束，节省时间。
- Daredevil：避开不必要的战斗。Tesla Rifle 会有帮助。

Extra Options
- 通关一次后会增加 Extra Options 菜单。
- Walk/Run：把跑步设为默认，不用再按住按键跑。
- Extra Blood：战斗更血腥。
- Noise Filter：关闭胶片颗粒效果。
- Bloody Footprints：Travis 走到哪里都会留下血脚印。
- Torch Projection：手电筒投射出图案而不是普通光束，比如笑脸。

Cross-checked on 24 October 2026 against the extras and outfits pages of Silent Hill Memories, the unlockables, Konami Code and reward item pages of Fandom's Silent Hill wiki (read through its API), and IGN's PSP review (13 November 2007). The accolade conditions come from one guide, Silent Hill Memories: Fandom's list gives the same thresholds, mostly in the same words, so it is not counted as a second source for them; where this guide says "more than", Fandom says "at least". IGN's review confirms the accolades judge the run, unlock outfits and options, and include the wrestler outfit and the smiley-face flashlight. The tips are Silent Hill Memories'. The outfit lines paraphrase the game's own descriptions, which both guides quote. Not from a playthrough: nobody here has played it.
