Is the Switch 2 version out yet?
Yes. It launched alongside the others on 8 October 2026.
Is there a PS4 version?
No. On PlayStation it is PS5 only.
Who made it?
Saber Interactive developed and published it. Clive Barker's name is in the title.
How much does it cost?
On the US stores, $39.99 for the standard game and $49.99 for the Deluxe Edition. Steam also sells the Deluxe content on its own for $14.99.
Is there multiplayer?
No. It is a single-player game and no trophy needs online play.
Trophies and achievements
How many trophies are there?
45 on PS5: one platinum, three gold, nine silver and thirty-two bronze. Xbox has the same 44 without the platinum, worth 1,000 Gamerscore. Steam has 69: those 44 and 25 more that only Steam has.
Is there a chapter select?
No, and no free roam after the story. You can only go back by loading an earlier manual save.
How many manual saves do I get?
One trophy guide counts eight, used at save points. Spread them out across the story.
How many playthroughs for the platinum?
One, if you save before the missable sections; the final autosave puts you back at the ending choice.
Does difficulty matter for trophies?
No trophy on any platform mentions a difficulty.
Which trophies are bugged?
What're Ya Buyin? and What're Ya Sellin? on PS5: trophy guides report that their counters can stop after the first shop. Earn both there.
Did Update 1.1 fix that?
Its notes do not say so. Update 1.1 was a PC patch on 15 October 2026, it lists no trophy or achievement fixes, and the console patch was announced as still to come.
Can I get both endings in one run?
Yes. Take one ending, reload the final autosave, which puts you back at the choice, and take the other.
Why can't I find Electro-Shock Therapy on Xbox?
It is called “Hairraiser: Revival” there, with the same condition: die from electric shock.
