Where: the Nightmare Cabin, which you reach from the Title Screen. Inside it the two things that matter are the bed in the back corner and the shelf of wooden carvings.
What is left: a fifteenth Nightmare Trial that is not in any mission, the hidden memory it leads to, mission replays for anything you walked past, and New Game+.
What to watch for: only one trophy is genuinely locked behind post-story content, and it is a gold — Repressed Memories, for unlocking the hidden memory in the Nightmare Trials. It is one of the four golds and the platinum needs it. Everything else back here is cleanup: the hidden memory takes 5–10 minutes and the optional cleanup 10–60 minutes, against 15–20 hours for the whole platinum. New Game+ is not needed for any trophy. Two more things worth knowing before you start: the fifteenth trial will not appear at all unless you have found all 14 Nightmare Doors and earned at least a bronze rating in each of those fourteen trials, and Adamantium Dreams (bronze) only ever needs the top rating in one single trial, so pick whichever one you find easiest rather than grinding the hard one.
1. What the cabin is
The Nightmare Cabin is not new after the credits — it is the place the Nightmare Doors have been taking you all game, and Mission Select unlocks from it as early as the second Nightmare Door, which is why the game has no missable trophies. What changes at the end of the story is that it becomes the hub for everything left over. PlayStation’s own announcement lists the post-game set as New Game Plus with exclusive Techniques and level caps, Mission Replay, Nightmare Challenges and Photo Mode (Photo Mode arriving with the day one update).

Getting in
You select it from the Title Screen under “Nightmare Cabin”.

2
The bed, and the shelf
Two pieces of furniture do all the work. The bed, in the back corner, is Mission Select: interact with it to replay any mission. The shelf of wooden carvings is where the trials live: each Nightmare Door you find awards AP and unlocks one of Logan’s memories, represented on the shelf as a carving, and the fifteenth carving is the one that appears after the story.
2. Mission Select, and what carries over
This is the reason the guide never tells you to hurry. The number of missable trophies is 0, and the reason is Mission Select, which unlocks after you encounter the second Nightmare Door: nothing is missable, and you can still get everything through chapter select after the story.
-
1
Replaying a mission
Interact with the bed in the cabin and pick any of the thirty missions.
-
2
What a replay keeps
Collectibles carry over in mission replays: pick up a Material Crate in a replayed mission and it counts toward the 68 on your real save, so the collection trophies can all be finished this way. Player progression carries forward too, so replaying missions is the way to farm the XP for Player Level 36 if Ultimate Predator has not popped by the end of the story.
-
3
What it is worth doing first
The cleanup is a 10–60 minute pass depending on what you left: the Material Crates that feed Adamantium Armory (craft 20 suits for the full Health upgrade), the Whisky Bottles and Nightmare Doors that feed Secondary Mutations (Adaptation Level 10), and any of the counter trophies — 100 XP Caches, 500 parries, 100 Helix Claw kills, 75 Tornado Spin kills. One thing is worth doing before the cleanup, though: get bronze in all fourteen trials, because the fifteenth will not appear until you have.
3. The fifteenth trial: Best There Is
There are 14 Nightmare Doors in the campaign and a fifteenth trial that has no door: it appears on the cabin’s shelf once the story is finished. It is called Best There Is, and the requirement is plain — all 14 doors found, at least a bronze rating in each of the fourteen trials, and the story complete. Miss any of those and the carving is not there. It is the only trial that is not tied to a mission, and it is the hardest in the game.
-
1
Which carving to pick
The bottom-right figurine on the shelf near the door: the bird-shaped one, a phoenix. If you have just finished the story, the game hands you a final wood carving with a teaser about an extra memory, so you should know it is waiting.
-
2
What the trial actually is
A combat gauntlet: a mixture of enemies drawn from the three earlier combat gauntlets, with every rank demanding a higher point total than the last. It is listed as a 25-wave gauntlet with 40,000 points for a perfect score — but the fourteenth trial, Savage Showdown, is given exactly the same wave count and point target, so treat both figures as shorthand rather than as measured thresholds. No measured score numbers are published for any trial.
-
3
The idols: which to break and which to leave
The tactics for this one are about the gauntlet’s idols. Break the Calculating idol first — with it gone, enemies die instantly when you parry their attacks, which is the single biggest swing in the fight. The Brutish and Incendiary idols and the health-restoring one are worth taking too. The two to leave alone are the idol that drops grenades and the one that trades away all effects for full health.

4
How good a score you need
Bronze, and only bronze. Bronze in Best There Is is what counts it as completed and opens the hidden memory. A higher score is not wasted — better trial scores pay more Adaptation XP toward Adaptation Level 10 and Secondary Mutations (gold) — but if you are chasing Adamantium Dreams (bronze, the top rating on any one trial), you only need Adamantium in a single trial, so there is no reason to go for it on the hardest one.
4. The hidden memory
The trial is not the reward; it is the key. With bronze in Best There Is, the cabin’s front door stops being a way out of a menu. The whole thing takes 5–10 minutes. What the memory shows is not on this page — the steps are, and they are all you need.
-
1
Walk out of the cabin and follow the scent
With Best There Is finished at bronze or better, exit the Nightmare Cabin in the Epilogue and follow the scent line; it ends in a cutscene, and the cutscene is what unlocks the trophy. Seen from the other side: leaving through the cabin’s door now takes you somewhere new.

2
Trophy: Repressed Memories (gold)
“Unlock the hidden memory in Nightmare Trials” — put another way, beat all 15 trials at bronze or better. It is one of the game’s four golds, alongside One More Story, Adamantium Armory and Secondary Mutations, and the platinum — I’m The Best There Is… — needs all of them.
5. New Game+
Optional: New Game+ unlocks after the story but is not needed for any trophy. It exists to replay the game with everything you built, plus four techniques and four adaptations you could not reach the first time. Do the hidden memory first; this can wait.
-
1
Starting it
NG+ unlocks after the final mission. Go back to the save slots menu and press Square to create a New Game Plus save file, which does not overwrite your original — it makes a new one, marked with a plus icon. You need neither 100% completion nor any particular difficulty.
-
2
What carries over, and what does not
Your Level, Techniques, Adaptations, Suits, Claws and collectibles all come with you; Mission Progress and the Gallery do not. Three more details — the Helix Claws are yours from the start, your Adaptation Level carries too, and if you crafted 20 suits the 200% health cap comes with them.
-
3
What it adds
The level cap goes from 36 to 40, and four new Techniques unlock as you climb those last four levels — the “Unstoppable Force” series, each step reducing incoming damage further. Four new Adaptations appear, the “Reckless” set, built on risk and reward. You can also equip any unlocked suit at any time, including in missions where the game normally locks your outfit. The guides differ on the adaptation slots: Game8 and Vandal present “equip up to 20 Adaptations at once” as a flat NG+ feature with no condition attached, while GameRant ties it to your Adaptation Level rising to 15, which it says needs every Whisky Bottle and every Nightmare Door trial done.
