Weapons: Where Every Gun Is and How to Get It

Chris only
Only Chris can pick up the Shotgun, in B1 of the Military Training Facility.
Needs a tool
The Magnum needs the fire put out with the extinguisher; the tomb Ingrams need Rodrigo's Lighter.
Disputed
Where the M93R Part is.
Not stated
Where the Rocket Launcher first shows up.

Where each weapon is

M-100P
In the prison barracks (two guides).
Bow Gun (Cross Bow Handgun)
On 2F of the Military Training Facility (two guides). Its explosive arrows are one way to deal with the second Tyrant.
Grenade Launcher (M79 Grenade Launcher)
Behind the shutter that the Emblem Card opens (two guides).
Shotgun (SPAS 12)
In B1, and only Chris can pick it up (two guides).
Magnum (Colt Python)
In the Antarctic Weapon Room. You must first put out the fire with the extinguisher.
AK47
In a locker in that same Weapon Room (two guides).
Sniper Rifle (MR7 Sniper Rifle)
Dropped by Alfred. It is the weapon that kills Nosferatu through the heart.
Ingrams
The second pair is the one you open with Rodrigo's Lighter.
Modified Glock 17
At the workbench in the Weapon Repair Shop on B1, as Chris, with the Glock 17 on you.
Gold Lugers
Steve takes the Ingrams Claire has just picked up and gives her the Gold Lugers (two guides).

Notes that save a restart

  • Only Chris can pick up the Shotgun, so plan its ammunition for the second half of the game.
  • Do not skip the extinguisher in Antarctica. Without it you cannot reach the Magnum.
  • Killing the Gulp Worm as Chris gets you Rodrigo's Lighter, but only if Claire gave him the medicine. The Lighter opens the tomb with the second pair of Ingrams, so skipping the worm loses them.
  • The Gold Lugers are a trophy on PS4 (Decorative But Deadly): after the first Bandersnatch, Steve takes the Ingrams Claire has just picked up and gives her the Gold Lugers.
  • The Glock 17 is only modified at the workbench, so it needs a trip to the Weapon Repair Shop on B1 with it in your inventory.

Where the sources differ

  • The M93R Part: Evil Resource and the PSNProfiles PS4 guide put it in the Crematorium on Prison 1F, opened with the Lockpick, and IGN's walkthrough finds it in the prison after the Lockpick; the IGN M93R Burst page puts it in the doctor's office area.
  • The Rocket Launcher: two IGN pages disagree on where it first appears (in the inventory or in the first item box), so this page does not say where.

Cross-checked

Cross-checked on 24 October 2026 against Evil Resource's Code: Veronica pages, IGN's Code: Veronica X HD wiki, with the TrueAchievements walkthrough and the PSNProfiles guides for the items named below. The M-100P, Bow Gun, Grenade Launcher, Shotgun and AK47 locations come from two guides, Evil Resource and IGN's wiki. The Lighter, the medicine and the Gulp Worm come from IGN's walkthrough, the PSNProfiles PS3 guide and the TrueAchievements walkthrough; the second pair of Ingrams from Evil Resource and IGN's Ingram page; the Gold Lugers swap from IGN's walkthrough and the PSNProfiles PS4 guide. The names in brackets are Evil Resource's alternative names. The M93R Part location is disputed between Evil Resource and the IGN M93R Burst page; the PSNProfiles PS4 guide sides with Evil Resource, and IGN's walkthrough also finds it in the prison after the Lockpick. The Rocket Launcher's first appearance is not stated because IGN's pages disagree. Not from a playthrough: nobody here has played it.
