Why this teaser exists
Tomb Raider turned 30 in October 2026, and fans gathered in Derby, the city where the original game was made. The teaser was first shown there and at MCM London, then published online. It brings no new date or platform news. Its job is to show more of the remake in motion, mixing cutscenes with gameplay.

Lara pushes a boulder through what looks like a puzzle room, dives into water and moves through a run of tombs in quick cuts.
Fighting
She flips off wall bars and through gunfights, and she fights people as well as a leopard. Cat mummies appear too, a nod to the original game and to Legend.

The teaser repeats 12 February 2027, and press coverage describes the game as on track. It has already slipped once, from 2026, so treat the date as the current plan until the game goes gold.
