真结局的条件
1 · 通关一条剧情
用里昂或克莱尔玩到结尾。里昂的剧情在超级暴君之后结束，克莱尔的在 G 第四形态之后结束，两者都以乘火车逃离收尾。
2 · 开始 2nd Run
回到标题画面，New Game [2nd Run] 已经开启，主角是你没玩的那名角色。通关里昂的剧情会开启克莱尔的 2nd Run，反之亦然。
3 · 完成 2nd Run
2nd Run 不会在火车上结束。G 会以第五形态在货运车厢里卷土重来，击败他就能看到真结局。你的 2nd Run 是里昂的还是克莱尔的都没有区别。
游玩顺序
- 哪种顺序都可以：先里昂再玩克莱尔的 2nd Run，或者先克莱尔再玩里昂的 2nd Run。两者都能达成真结局。
- 一份奖杯攻略建议先玩两条首轮剧情，再玩两个 2nd Run，这样能看到全部内容：里昂 A、克莱尔 A、里昂 B、克莱尔 B。四个剧本各有一些专属的文件和浣熊先生玩偶。
- 完成 2nd Run 还会开启 Hunk 的额外模式第4幸存者。
2nd Run 的变化
- 你会从警察局外的另一个地点开始，进入的第一个房间 Guardroom 里有一把新手枪：里昂是 M19，克莱尔是 Quickdraw Army。
- 部分谜题的解法不同。例如，奖杯攻略为下水道的国际象棋插头谜题另外给出了一套顺序。
- 暴君在警察局里会早得多就开始追杀你。
- 每名角色的最后头目不变，里昂是超级暴君，克莱尔是 G 第四形态，之后才是火车上的最终战。
幽灵生还者不属于主线剧情
幽灵生还者的故事都是“如果……会怎样”的设想：每个故事都让一名在主线中死去的配角活了下来。它们有各自简短的结局，不会改变主线剧情及其真结局。
