Pick a character, a weapon, a body armour piece and the skills you want. The address bar updates as you go, so copying the link shares the exact build. Every option and figure comes from a cited source; for what each one means, see the skills, stats and builds guide.

Still to add: the skills offered are the ones with a published Abyss Artifact cost, so the total is a sum of stated figures. Skills learned by default, by raising another skill, by a story or faction quest or by observing an enemy cost nothing to add and are not listed; nor are the Abyss Artifacts each Stamina, Health and Spirit level costs, because the price rises per level and no table of it is published. The weapons and body armour are those with published figures, and Abyss Gear sockets are not modelled. Since patch 2.00.00, each Abyss Artifact one character spends on a skill gives the other playable characters an Abyss Link, which they can spend on their own skills, so the total is what the skills cost, not how many Artifacts you must find. Nothing here comes from a playthrough.
