Quests: Unexpected Visit, Run!, Homecoming (1–3).
Opens: Nothing yet: this is the prologue. Skalitz burns at the end of the first quest.
Watch for: Firestarter is getting imprisoned in Skalitz; Cavalier is saving Theresa from the Cumans in Run!; Merciful, Virgin and King Charming are decided from here on.
1. The last ordinary day
Errands for a blacksmith’s son.
-
1
Unexpected Visit
Collect the debt, buy the charcoal, fetch the beer, throw dung at the German Tudesco’s house with Fritz and Matthew. Kunesh owes your father; how you get the money back is your first choice. Sir Radzig wants a sword.
-
2
The fight with Kunesh
Fists, and the first lesson: block, wait, hit. Or sneak up and take his keys; talking him round earns his respect but not the money (Kingdom Come wiki).
2. Run!
The Cumans come.
-
1
The escape
Ride for Talmberg with the sword. Theresa is by the well: Cavalier is saving her, and it costs time you barely have.
-
2
Talmberg
Sir Divish, the walls, and Henry’s first night as a refugee. Firestarter is not here: it is the Skalitz jail, and that only exists before the Cumans come, during Unexpected Visit.
3. Homecoming
Back to bury them.
-
1
Skalitz, burned
Sneak back to bury your parents. Runt and his men are waiting; the sword goes, Henry nearly does, and Theresa and Robard carry him out.
4. Fights and trophies
- Kunesh: Fists. The tutorial fight; talking earns his respect, not the debt.
- Runt, at Skalitz: Unwinnable. Lose it well.
5. Before you move on
Cross-checked
Cross-checked on 17 September 2026 against the Kingdom Come wiki’s main-quest list and pages and PowerPyx’s trophy roadmap (the quest order, the two points of no return and the quest-bound trophies); the route is the guides’, not from a playthrough. What is still unverified is the only thing reading cannot settle — nobody here has played it. Re-checked on 1 October 2026 against EliteGuias and Fextralife.
