WALKTHROUGH: PART 6 OF 6

Part 6: The End

Fight to the Core, The End, The Beginning

Part Overview

Where: the far west of the Unknown, The Gap, and the Oldest House for the epilogue.
Main missions: the last three of Contain the Crisis; The Beginning is the epilogue.
You need: Reach and Shift for the arenas.
Watch for: Repeating, Refracting (silver) for the Hedron. Free roam stays open after the story, so nothing on the map is lost by finishing. This page says what to do, not how it ends.

1. Fight to the Core

Starts in the Unknown after Rebuild. The objective is the Hedron itself. Rewards: 1 Living Shard, 1 Reset Item, the Untapped Worn Eraser artifact and Repeating, Refracting (silver).

  • 1

    Reach the Hedron

Go to the north-west point of the Unknown, where there is a Gravity Well, and ride it down towards the Hedron on the western edge of the map.

  • 2

    Arena one

Three arenas, each with its own health bar, and in none of them do you hit the Hedron directly: you kill the smaller enemies linked to it. Here it alternates between firing projectiles from the edges and summoning enemies into the centre. After several of those, heavy enemies that stay in place start to appear; they drain the bar too. When the bar is empty press L3 to finish the phase, and L3 again when you are pulled into the core.

  • 3

    Arena two

Stay clear of the lasers it fires along the ground. The small enemies here move back and forth while shooting; a hit stops them so you can attack. The arena then splits in two with enemies on each side: use Reach to grapple between the platforms, clear both sides, then finish the centre and the core again.

  • 4

    Arena three

Two areas again. This time it mostly sends heavy enemies, in two waves one after the other; small ones still come, but the heavies are what drain the bar. If enemies are out of reach on the other side, use the Gravity Wells to cross. Empty the last bar, finish the centre and destroy the core to end the mission.

2. The End

Starts in The Gap. Objective: Kill the Hedron. Reward: the Casual Outfit.

  • 1

    Through The Gap

Interact with the cell wall and go on. Grapple across the platforms with Reach towards the Hedron.

  • 2

    Two large fights

On a large platform, a big group of Hedron enemies; Hiss fight on your side here. Clear it, platform on, and do the same against a second large wave, the Hiss still with you. The last stretch is more platforming and a final grapple towards the Hedron, which ends the mission.

3. The Beginning

The epilogue. Objective: visit Jesse in the Oldest House. Reward: the Untapped Pickpocket's Tool artifact.

You start in Dylan's apartment in the Unknown. Go back to the Oldest House, into Executive Research, and follow the path to P6 Holding, Dylan's cell. Go in and talk to Pope; that finishes the main story.

4. After the credits

Free roam carries on after the story, and the game keeps a permanent save after each main mission. What is left is the clean-up: the Resonants you skipped, the side stories, the FBC Tasks and the collectibles. The one trophy with a catch is Be What You Want to Be, in The Party Won't Stop, which takes nine karaoke lyrics in a row without a mistake; a permanent save lets you go back and try again. Graffiti Artist (gold) needs every Resonant plus the Hedron.

5. Part 6 Completion

✅ Before Calling It Done...

Cross-checked

Cross-checked on 2 October 2026 against the guides of PowerPyx and KeenGamer and GameRant's mission list. The mission's name differs: its own page at PowerPyx, KeenGamer and GameRant call it Fight to the Core, while the list in PowerPyx's wiki and its trophy roadmap say Fight the Core. The three arenas are told the same way by PowerPyx and KeenGamer. PowerPyx's trophy roadmap counts six Resonants for Graffiti Artist, the Artist of the prologue among them. Not from a playthrough: nobody here has played it, and what the sources do not describe is not on this page.
