What the 100% Checklist Counts

Where to see it
Stats tab of the pause menu, 100% Checklist.
Trophy
Career Criminal (gold, 100G).
Missable
No: it can be finished after any ending.
Everything required?
No. Most categories ask for part of what the game offers.

The categories

CategoryRequiredNotes
Story missionsAllIGN and PowerPyx count 69 required story missions; the PSNProfiles guide counts 79 story missions in all, alternative heist approaches included.
Strangers and Freaks20 of 58Specific ones, not any 20, by two guides' count; all three count 58 in total.
Hobbies and Pastimes42IGN and PowerPyx count 59 in all; the PSNProfiles guide counts 61.
Random Events14Guides count 57 or 60 in all; one explains that 60 is the count on the newer versions.
Miscellaneous16 of 30By two guides' count. Includes collectibles, property purchases and friend activities.

Collectibles that count

  • All 50 spaceship parts and all 50 letter scraps are needed: both unlock Strangers and Freaks missions that the checklist asks for.
  • Only part of the aerial challenges: any 25 of the 50 Under the Bridge and any 8 of the 15 Knife Flights. Close Shave still wants all of them.
  • Stunt jumps: any 25 of the 50 count for 100%; Show Off wants all 50 anyway.

How the weighting works

📊 One guide's breakdown
Story missions 50%, Strangers and Freaks 10%, Hobbies and Pastimes 10%, Random Events 15%, Miscellaneous 15%. We found no second guide that gives the weights.
🔎 Track it outside the game
The in-game descriptions are vague. Two guides suggest linking a Rockstar Games Social Club account, whose site lists each checklist entry.

The collectible lists

Lists still to come

💡
Random events, hobbies and Strangers and Freaks have no per-item list yet.

Cross-checked

Cross-checked on 20 October 2026 against the 100% guides of PowerPyx, PSNProfiles and IGN, and IGN's pages on spaceship parts, letter scraps, nuclear waste, stunt jumps, aerial challenges, random events, hobbies and Strangers and Freaks. The stunt jump and aerial challenge counts were checked again on 26 October 2026 against the 100% guides of IGN, PowerPyx and GTABase. Not from a playthrough: nobody here has played it.
