Requiem's platinum is not long, but it is planned. Three gold trophies each demand a full run under a restriction, and whether you finish in three playthroughs or five depends entirely on which restrictions you stack together.
The three golds are the platinum
Stacking the runs
Difficulty trophies stack downward
Rookie, Rising and Resolute all say 'at least', so one Insanity clear earns the lot. There is no reason to do a Casual run for the trophy.
Combine the restrictions carefully
Never Touch the Stuff and Minimalist are both no-X runs and can in principle share a playthrough — but doing them on Insanity as well means no healing on the hardest difficulty, which is a different proposition entirely.
Speed Demon wants its own run
Four hours to release Elpis fights against the collect-everything trophies. Do the thorough run first, then a fast one once you know the route.
Do the collectibles on the easy run
No Safe is Safe, Crate Expectations, Case Closed and You Little Rascal! all want exhaustive exploration. That is a Casual or Standard run, not an Insanity one.
The ones people miss
- Cat Got Your Tongue? — cutting a Licker β2's tongue with the hatchet, which is a specific act in a specific fight.
- Internal Dispute — making one zombie attack another, in the hospital wards specifically.
- Grace and Goliath — defeating a Chunk as Grace, not as Leon.
- Master Craftsman — every possible item with Leon, which needs the recipes unlocked first.
- Model Mania and Curator — gallery completion, easy to leave at 95%.
- Bloodlust — 5,000 microsamples, which pulls directly against the Minimalist run.
