On Steam, where it was in Early Access from 15 April 2025 to 15 September 2026, and since 1.0 also on the Epic Games Store and Jagex's own launcher. On Steam it needs an Epic Online Services account, which can be linked to your Steam account, and supports Steam Cloud and Family Sharing.
🎮 PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S
New at 1.0, with crossplay. The 1.0.0.5 notes added DLSS and FSR upscaling to the Windows and Xbox Game Pass versions.
🕹️ Nintendo Switch 2
Also new at 1.0. One review found a mostly stable 30fps in both handheld and docked mode, and image quality soft enough to keep it from being the best way to play.
🔁 No cross-progression
Crossplay joins you to other platforms' worlds, but your character does not travel: one review found that a character made on PlayStation 5 cannot be picked up on Switch 2, or the other way round.

The price did not change
Jagex announced on 3 September 2026 that leaving Early Access would not raise the price: £24.99, or $29.99, for the whole of Kuldra's Saga. It also promised that Luminance, the winter update, and the monthly updates in between are free.
Languages and picture settings
Steam lists 11 languages, each with interface and subtitles and none with full audio (one review of 1.0 also misses voice acting): English, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean. On consoles, Jagex warns that some smart TVs force Game or HDR picture modes that can make the game look bloomier or brighter than intended; it suggests lowering the TV's Contrast, Colour and, where there is one, Contrast Enhancer.
