Checked on 7 October 2026, and re-checked on 9 October 2026, against PowerPyx's artefact, charm, blade and Theseus' Echoes guides and its chapter-by-chapter collectible guides (26 August 2026), whose spelling the names follow, the per-chapter counts of GameSpew's walkthrough by Richard Seagrave (27 August 2026) and SPACE4GAMES' progress guide by Josef Erl, and Vandal's and EliteGuias' guides: all give 37 artefacts, 30 charms and the same blade in every chapter, though SPACE4GAMES numbers the starting Rusty Sword as zero, so its count of the eight reads seven. PowerPyx spells some charms both ways (Beads and Bead, Arm Band and Armband), and this list keeps the spelling of its chapter pages; the Heritage Pack blade is not listed because no achievement counts it. Not from a playthrough: nobody here has played it.
