Collectibles & Trackers
Bosses
Every boss in act order with where it is, whether the story needs it, and what it drops. Sources disagree on the total: the Hollow Knight Wiki counts 47 with repeat fights (43 without), Nintendo Life lists 45, Fextralife 44 plus four mini-bosses and PCGamesN 48; this list has the 46 fights the wiki names, leaving out a second Skull Tyrant that only appears by chance.
54 · TrackerTools
Fifty-four rows with where each comes from; the upgraded Curvesickle, Druid’s Eyes and Claw Mirrors replace their originals, so that is the game’s fifty-one tools. The Needle Phial Zylotol lends you for his two wishes is not on the list: it does not count towards the Arsenal achievement and is gone once both wishes are done.
20 · TrackerMask Shards
Four shards make a mask; five masks are the whole Masked trophy.
18 · TrackerSpool Fragments
Two fragments add a segment to the spool; nine segments are the Extended trophy.
30 · TrackerLost Fleas
Five for the Flea Brew, twelve and the Last Judge to move the caravan to Blasted Steps (fourteen by Fextralife’s count, fifteen by Vandal’s), twenty-two and a visit to the Pale Lake for Putrified Ducts (Hollow Knight Wiki; Vandal says twenty-five), thirty for the Egg of Flealia and the Fleafriend trophy.
52 · TrackerWishes
Every side quest with who posts it and what it pays. Sources disagree on the total: Game8 counts 54 with the Steel Soul variants and game-checklists 53 with the Steel Soul wish; this list has 52.
19 · TrackerBellways & Ventricas
Twelve bell stations across Pharloom and seven Ventricas inside the Citadel: the Connected and Transported trophies, and the difference between a two-minute trip and a twenty-minute one.

About this guide
Hollow Knight: Silksong is Team Cherry’s sequel: Hornet, hunted and haunted, climbing the kingdom of Pharloom from Moss Grotto to the Citadel and, if you know the way, into the Abyss beneath it. Three acts, forty-six bosses, fifty-one tools, seven crests, thirty lost fleas and a completion percentage in ten categories. Out since 4 September 2025 on PC, Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation and Xbox (day one on Game Pass), patched five times, with the free Sea of Sorrow expansion announced for 2026. This guide tracks all of it — bosses by act, every tool, mask shard, spool fragment, flea, wish and station — and explains what the game will not: crests, binding, the five endings, the platinum and the 100% road.
