| Edition | Price | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| Digital Standard | 29.99 USD | The game. Steam, the Xbox store and Nintendo's store all list this price. |
| Digital Midnight | 39.99 USD | The game, the Digital Sound & Art Gallery of 71 tracks, a Trevor Style Costume, a Sypha Style Costume and the Family's Grace relic (Konami). |
| Physical Midnight | 39.99 EUR in Spain | Everything in the digital Midnight Edition, plus a SteelBook case at selected EMEA retailers and an exclusive tarot card with artwork by Katsuya Terada at selected retailers (Konami). Things worth knowing before you choose
🦇 The pre-order bonus is not Midnight-only
Konami states that pre-ordering or buying early — any edition — awards an Alucard-style costume for Rose. Nintendo's store repeats it as a pre-order bonus. Konami does not say how long the early-purchase window lasts after launch, and no source does.
🎁 The Midnight extras appear as separate DLC on Nintendo's store
Nintendo's listing shows two downloadable packs alongside the game: a Bonus Contents Pack and the Digital Sound & Art Gallery. These match the Midnight Edition contents. Whether they can be bought separately, and for how much, is not stated anywhere.
🧾 Only the United States price is corroborated
29.99 USD and 39.99 USD appear consistently. Konami's Spanish prices are 29.99 EUR for the digital standard edition and 39.99 EUR for the Midnight Edition, digital or physical. One press report quotes 24.98 GBP for the European market; no other source repeats it, and Konami has published no full regional price list.
🔁 The demo save carries over
Konami's demo page says the demo save transfers into the full game, on condition that both are on the same platform and the same account, that the demo save is kept, and that the full game has its latest update installed. Konami also warns that some features and content are restricted in the demo.
No subscription, and no edition-based early access
Two things that other launches this month do have, and this one does not. No source — not Konami, not the Xbox store, not Nintendo's store, not Steam — mentions Game Pass, PlayStation Plus or Nintendo Switch Online. And neither edition buys you an earlier start: Konami dates every edition to 15 October, and the only way to play before then is the free demo on 1 October. If you see either claim elsewhere, no source here supports it.
What is not published
- The dollar price of the physical Midnight Edition, and which retailers carry the SteelBook or the Terada tarot card beyond Konami's phrase about selected retailers.
- Whether a physical edition exists on PC: one is confirmed for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, and none has been announced for PC.
- Regional prices outside the United States and Spain, beyond the single reported pound figure.
- Whether the Midnight extras can be bought separately after launch, and at what price.
- Whether the Alucard costume returns for sale later, or is limited to the early-purchase window.
Cross-checked
Cross-checked on 22 September 2026 against Konami's own pre-order, Midnight Edition and demo pages, the Steam, Xbox and Nintendo store listings, and the coverage of Nintendo Life; re-checked on 1 October 2026 against Vandal, Eurogamer.es and GAME.es. No storefront or announcement mentions any subscription service, and no source gives a dollar price for the physical edition. Not from a playthrough: nobody here has played it, and what the sources do not describe is not on this page.
