The checklist
- Finish the main story (and see the endings).
- Defeat the four Axons and the optional superbosses.
- Master a wide spread of Pictos into Luminas.
- Recruit and build all six party members.
Cleanup tips
- Sweep optional zones for Pictos and gear as you go — backtracking later is slower.
- Master Pictos into Luminas during normal play so completion is mostly done by endgame.
- Check whether endings require separate playthroughs or a late save before the final choice.
- Leave the superbosses until your builds and defence are fully online.
Endings & playthroughs
Expedition 33 has multiple endings tied to a late choice. Before the point of no return, make a manual save so you can see different outcomes without a full replay, and check a spoiler-light guide for exactly when that choice lands. Most of the rest of completion — Axons, superbosses, mastered Luminas — you'll finish naturally by exploring thoroughly as you go.
