Alchemy, Herbs and the Grindstone

Alchemy

The bench
A recipe is a set of physical steps: water or wine in the cauldron, herbs in, boil for turns of the hourglass, grind, distil. Follow the book exactly; Alchemy skill lets you skip steps later and brew in batches.
Saviour Schnapps
Nettle and belladonna in wine. The first recipe to learn and the one to keep brewing: it is the save button.
Herbalism
Plants are everywhere and Herbalism grows by picking; levelling it widens the gathering radius, so each pick takes more plants of one kind.

The rest

Maintenance
Weapons dull and armour tears. The grindstone sharpens for free if you keep the angle; repair kits fix the rest; blacksmiths charge. A dull sword is why the bandit did not die.
The bow
No reticle. The archery range in Rattay and the hare hunt teach the arc; Hunting turns it into meat and money.
Dice
Farkle in every tavern, with loaded dice to find. The cheapest way to be rich by Rattay.

Still to verify

Cross-checked on 17 September 2026 against the Kingdom Come wiki and Warhorse’s own descriptions of the alchemy minigame. Not from a playthrough: checked against the sources above. Still to confirm in-game.
