The list spans all three modes, so completion is not a campaign job. Here is how it splits, which part sets the pace, and the one difficulty requirement.
The shape of the list
- 44 achievements on Steam and Xbox; on PlayStation the same 44 plus the platinum on top, so 45.
- By grade: 3 gold, 10 silver and 31 bronze.
- It covers all three modes — campaign, multiplayer and Zombies — so no amount of campaign play finishes it on its own.
- Progression counts across modes, which is why the multiplayer half can be served by playing Zombies instead if you prefer it.
The one difficulty requirement
Where the time actually goes
- The campaign carries around thirteen of them, and the mission-specific ones sit on our chapter pages rather than being repeated here.
- The mission challenges are the missable-shaped ones: several ask you to finish a set piece under a condition, such as clearing a stealth stretch without being seen.
- Multiplayer and Zombies together carry about eighteen, and they are the pace-setter: they are grinds rather than puzzles.
- The rest are cross-mode — weapon mastery, cosmetics and prestige — and they accumulate while you do the others.
Missable, and what is not
- Finishing each mission is not missable. Those trophies come from completing the level on any difficulty, and a replay counts.
- The mission challenges are the ones that behave like traps: they ask you to clear a set piece under a condition — a stealth stretch without being seen, a sequence with a particular weapon — and the condition is only live while you are in it.
- Because mission replay exists, none of them is lost for the save. What they cost is another run at that mission rather than the whole campaign.
- The multiplayer and Zombies half cannot be missed at all — it is time, not timing.
