Checked on 6 October 2026: the locations follow Gamer Social Club's act guides, and the count for every chapter matches Game8's Hard Case list for Acts 2 and 5 and the first two chapters of Act 3, IGN's lists for Acts 2 and 3, Gamers Beacon's for Act 3, and the Act 4 guides of NightlyGamingBinge and Patch Crazy. The one exception is Critical Failure, where Patch Crazy lists seven cases and Gamer Social Club and NightlyGamingBinge list eight. Not from a playthrough: nobody here has played it.
