GUIDE

Best Passive Skills

Every Pal can carry up to four passive skills, and the right ones dramatically raise combat or work output. Breeding parents that already have great passives is how you build a truly optimised team — here are the ones to chase.

Combat passives

💪 Attack boosters
Musclehead, Ferocious and Legend stack big attack bonuses — the core of a damage Pal.
🏃 Movement
Swift, Runner and Nimble raise movement speed — excellent on mounts and skirmishers.
🍀 All-rounders
Lucky and Serious give balanced boosts; Legend (on Legendaries) buffs attack, defence and speed at once.
🛡️ Survivability
Burly Body and defensive passives keep frail attackers alive against Alphas and towers.

Work passives

  • Work Slave / Serious-type passives raise base work speed across every job.
  • Artisan boosts crafting output — superb on a Handiwork Pal like Anubis.
  • Match a work Pal's passives to its main job so your base produces faster.
  • Avoid negative passives (e.g. work-speed reducers) on your dedicated base workers.

Breeding them in

Passives pass down from both parents, so pair two Pals that already carry the passives you want to concentrate them in the child. A few generations of selective breeding can produce a Pal with four elite passives — the endgame of base and combat optimisation. Condense the result at the Statue of Power to add stars on top.
