Wildlife Sanctuaries

Wildlife Sanctuaries are protected islands scattered off the coasts, home to rare and high-level Pals you won't easily find elsewhere. Setting foot on one marks you as a poacher, so they're a high-risk, high-reward detour for filling out your Paldeck.

How they work

  • Each sanctuary is a separate island — reach them by flying or swimming mount.
  • Trespassing raises your Wanted level, and the PIDF sends hunters after you.
  • They hold rare species and strong specimens ideal for capture and breeding stock.
  • Higher-numbered sanctuaries hold tougher, higher-level Pals — gear up before visiting.

Raiding safely

  • Bring top-tier spheres; sanctuary Pals are high-level and resist weaker ones.
  • Grab captures fast and leave before hunters overwhelm you, or clear them if you're strong.
  • Lower your Wanted level afterward (evade line of sight, or pay it off) to stop the pursuit.
  • A flyer makes hit-and-run captures far safer than fighting through on foot.

What you'll find

  • Rare species and higher-level specimens that make superb breeding stock.
  • A safer, faster way to fill stubborn Paldeck gaps than scouring the mainland.
  • Strong Pals worth capturing over defeating — bring enough top-tier spheres.
  • The main risk is the Wanted level; plan an exit route before you land.

There are three, and each one has an entry requirement

Not «scattered off the coasts» — exactly three, numbered, and the number is the difficulty. The sphere tier matters as much as your level: a sanctuary Pal you cannot catch is a wasted trip past the drones.
SanctuaryCoordinatesLevelSphere needed
No. 156, -670You at 30+Hyper Sphere or better
No. 2-660, -115 — north of the volcanoPals 35–50, you at 40+Ultra Sphere or better
No. 3660, 633 — west of the desertPals 45–65Exotic Sphere or better
Two of them have a resident worth the trip on its own: Astegon on No. 2, and Frostallion Noct at level 65 on No. 3.
The drones are avoidable, not just survivable. The PIDF patrols each island with drone units carrying a red searchlight of a fixed radius — get caught in the light and they turn on you. Watching the cones and moving between them is what makes a hit-and-run capture work, and it is why a flyer beats fighting through on foot.

Still to verify

The three coordinate pairs, level ranges and sphere tiers, and the searchlight behaviour. The coordinates especially deserve an in-game check: they are the kind of detail that gets transcribed wrongly. Written from public sources, not from a playthrough.
