🎨 Brushes with Death — 15 May 2025
A painter, ten quests, and a purple icon in Trosky once For Whom the Bell Tolls is done; the first four are in Trosky and the last six need Kuttenberg, after Speak of the Devil. Shield painting comes with it (Bohemian Graffiti). Eleven trophies of its own.
⚒️ Legacy of the Forge — 9 September 2025
Your own forge in Kuttenberg city, south-east, after Speak of the Devil: seven story quests, guild activities (investigations, archery, thieving contracts, donations), garden and chamber upgrades. Nevermore is the raven chamber at 3,500 groschen and prestige 25.
⛪ Mysteria Ecclesiae — 11 November 2025
Sedletz monastery and the royal physician: eleven quests from day two of The Sword and the Quill, a plague mask to build, a relic to find, and a library cat to pet. Quiet as a Church Mouse is never being marched to the infirmary.

💥 Hardcore Mode — 15 April 2025, patch 1.2.4
No player marker, no fast travel, manual saves only, hidden bars, and three negative perks you choose and keep. Its own page.
🏇 Barber, horse racing, the Jester
The barber and horse racing came free in 2025; patch 1.5.6, the Jester Update of 25 June 2026, put a jester outside the Hangman’s Halter with a Balatro-flavoured card game quest and added Steam controller support.
👑 Royal Edition — 12 November 2025
The base game with the Shields of Seasons Passing pass (all three expansions) and the free updates. It is also what reaches Switch 2 in 2027 — up to 1440p docked with HDR, Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, a bonus questline and exclusive gear, announced at the 9 September 2026 Direct.
