That the two radar treasures lie in Gronoa (the Garment) and Dirnado (the Hammer) is said by PowerPyx and the wiki; that the Hammer needs the radar upgraded, and that the cabin key comes from a man in Sian, by PowerPyx and IGN; that Chloe is first met in Felicitas, by PowerPyx and IGN, and that she hands the bow over in the Chamber, by PowerPyx and the wiki.
